Each coffee origin finds unique producer challenges and also sustainability models.

About Nicolas Peñaloza
Nicolas Peñaloza founded Forte Legato Coffee in the San Francisco Bay Area over 10 years ago while working in Foreign Exchange Payments and SaaS Product Management. He’s been able to form direct relationships with producers globally, while growing many collaborative relationships with hotels, restaurants and coffee houses.
He lives on his 5-acre homestead in Lancaster, SC with dairy goats and chickens, while enjoying time with his wife, Caitlin, and two children. Nick is a musician at heart, while also enjoying global foods and beverages.
