Michael Koch, Co-founder & CEO of The Michael Koch Group (MKG), boasts a 30-year career shaping customer experiences while employed at Fortune 500 companies like Apple, Guess, Samsung, and The Ritz-Carlton. Managing design and construction across four continents, his oversight includes signature Apple locations in Berlin, Barcelona, and Turin, flagship Guess stores in Milan and Miami, and iconic resorts for The Ritz-Carlton.
At Samsung, he led the creation of the 55,000-square-foot Samsung 837 flagship store in NYC, earning global recognition. Michael's innovation extends to product logistics, championing "Micro-fulfillment" with premier robotics delivery collaborations around the world. Renowned as an industry luminary, he also inspires audiences through keynote presentations at top conferences.
