Joanna Weaver-Pélissier is a Canadian citizen who has been living as an entrepreneur in France for the past 12 years.
She is CEO and co-founder of Be Cann, a diversified French holding company active in the Hemp & Cannabinoid industry across the EU since 2018. Fabricann, its personal care products division, is specialized in the R&D and manufacturing of natural and organic cosmetic products for worldwide markets, with a GMP Cosmetics laboratory located in Provence, France.
