About Heather Craig
Heather Craig has been in the retail and eCommerce industry for over twenty years. Leading teams in buying, planning, product development, brand marketing, and eCommerce. She has consistently been a champion of the customer and listening to their needs whether it is in a physical store or online.
She started her retail career at Nordstrom in Southern California as a salesperson in the handbag department at the Santa Ana Mall. Nordstrom was an incredible place to build the core acumen needed to be a strong merchant and an innovative thinker. She worked her way into management and then the buying office, where she was part of the Southwest Buying team.
Over the years she has had the honor to work for incredible brands; from small to large, all uniquely positioned in their space. From leading buying and product development at St John Knits to her exciting time at Tommy Bahama helping to lead and develop a massive pivot in the women’s business; Heather always remained true to the person that she was serving...the customer.
She went on to work for The North Face leading their buying and merchandising for both their US and Can retail stores and their eCommerce business. She championed the customer again when she developed and implemented an omnichannel buying and merchandising team across the entire organization. She then went on to thredUP where she leads the charge in developing their Omni-Channel store experience. Bringing the online experience to offline and helping their brand forge new paths in retail. She built up a complete retail organization, opened retail stores, and drove the launch of major retail partnerships for the brand.
Heather is currently working at the fast growth subscription company, FabFitFun leading their digital and eCommerce strategy.
Heather has been recognized for her contribution to retail and e-commerce through many awards that she was presented with while at Nordstrom through The North Face.
