About Brandie KeKoa
Brandie Kekoa is a 3rd generation hair care professional who has been perfecting the art of the curl since 2009, culminating with the launch of her successful hair care business, Be Kekoa, in 2019. Learning much from her aunt and grandmother, she has a reputation as a “curl healer” and being a strong, independent businesswoman.
Brandie launched a line of soothing hair care products called ‘Be Lola’ in honor of her mother. While battling cancer and chemotherapy, Brandie’s mother developed a painfully dry scalp and needed hair care products with gentle ingredients. Brandie was born and raised in the Temecula, CA area, where she developed an early talent for hairstyling, even teaching others at the age of seven. Since then, she rose through the ranks of the hairstyling industry, teaching people that the true magic of hairstyling is to love yourself from the inside out.
