About Victor Elmann

Victor Elmann is a talented and seasoned executive with experience in merchandising, buying, and ecommerce. Victor grew up in retail. As far as he can remember, he worked at his family’s consumer electronics stores based in NYC.

As Vice President of Vendor Management for Circuit City, Victor is responsible for category revenue and profitability for all brand partnerships. He has onboarded and managed some of the largest brands in CE such as Samsung, Sony, Microsoft, HP, Google, Lenovo and many more. He was named Dealerscope Magazine Most Influential Buyer in 2015.

Victor is also responsible for the digital strategy of With an abundance of ecommerce experience, Victor has a strong understanding of analytics, digital marketing, and user experience and has worked and implemented many platforms such as IBM WebSphere, Magento, Shopify Plus. He is certified in Google Analytics and Google Adwords.

Outside of Circuit City, you can find Victor playing basketball in an organized league based out of NYC.
