Scented By Missi is a black owned, woman owned self-care brand that creates handmade products intended to bring a little self-care into our day-to-day life. How did our owner Melissa decide to create a candle company you may ask? It all started with going to a big-name store during one of their major sales, and after stocking up on enough candles to last several months, she decided she wanted to make candles in scents that weren’t typically on the market.
Several years later, our business started selling candles in June of 2020, and today we have grown to have a full body care line of products, including body butters, soaps and roll-on fragrances. We will be expanding our business even further to include a skin care line with various products made for men and women who want products with great quality ingredients without the designer price tag. Our goal is to make products that can help bring self care into individuals lives daily, which is something many of us struggle with. All of our products are made in small batches with a high focus on quality. All products are available for wholesale and white label if desired.
