We want to infuse our passion for handcrafted and single origin loose leaf tea into you. At Cultivate Taste we do not use flavorings, candy, or sugar in our teas. We source direct, blend, and sell award winning handcrafted and single origin loose leaf teas online, physical location, and wholesale. We strive to source organic and fair trade teas whenever possible directly from the farms across China, Japan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Laos, Taiwan, and India. When we blend we use high grade organic and fair trade ingredients to enhance a tea not to mask it because we want you to enjoy and develop your palate, while feeling good that you are drinking something healthy too. Jennifer Nowicki, the owner's early introduction to tea came at her Grandmother’s knee. In 2005 she enrolled in the Specialty Tea Institute in New York City and immersed herself in the world of tea. Jennifer had found her passion and became acquainted with owners of tea estates, tasted teas not available in the United States, and learned from the experts. Jennifer is the only Certified Tea Specialist in Wisconsin since 2009 and continues to pursue her education with the Institute. She is the only person to represent Wisconsin and the first from UWGB to be a semi-finalist in the 2019 Draper Competition. She was also one of eight people to represent the USA tea industry in two world tea conferences in China in March 2019.
